The quaint and historic Village of Hawkhurst is within easy driving distance and offers a wide selection of shopping for one’s everyday needs. However, for a more comprehensive range of facilities, the nearby towns of Tenterden, Battle, Ashford and Royal Tunbridge Wells provide a wealth of excellent shops, restaurants, banks and leisure pursuits.

 

The surrounding area also boasts a wealth of excellent schools including the local Primary Schools at Sedlescombe, Staplecross and Bodiam. Claverham Community College is also highly regarded.
